America’s Sexuality Day proclaims March 3– the historic anniversary of The Comstock Act, America’s landmark censorship against sex– as a symbolic annual date to instead encourage celebration and dialogue about sexual issues, and to further societal sexual awareness and knowledge on behalf of everyone’s sexual being and their beliefs. * also referred to as SexDayUSA in recognition of the lighthearted aspect of sex.

 3/3/10 is our Announcement Year

Slogan– “Let’s Talk About It” refers to both discussing sex, as well as the reasons why there should be a specific day to honor sex.

Motto—“Doesn’t Your Sex Deserve a National Holiday?”

2010 Poster—  The Founders’ Limited Edition is our inaugural poster, limited to a numbered 500 copy print. Donations of $25 will receive the poster as a gift, when funds are available for the printing costs.⁺

The Strange Bedfellow Coalition asks people to invite someone of other sexual beliefs to respectful dialogue 

The Comstockery!* (It’s JustSex) Hero Awards, welcomes the public to nominate and vote for their sexual heroes in the arts, education, policy and lifestyle. The Honorees will be announced on 3/3/11 

“Love Who You” will be our 2011 PSA video and poster message, aimed at teens and young adults, and a reminder to all of us that we each are free to choose to wear or not wear our sexiness in America. 

The Sexual State of the Union an annual  press conference and report card on sexual health, education, and abuse in America, with a memoriam for those who were sexually victimized.

The Congressional Resolution for Sex is a publically editable online draft (Edit the Sex Text) that, when finalized, will petition Congress to officially recognize the contributions of sexuality in our democracy and humanity, on the March 3 anniversary of its censorship.

Structure

 The Comstockery Collaborative ^TM ,  promotes broad and inclusive celebration and understanding of everyone’s sexuality, encouraging civil, respectful and responsible dialogue between all sexual points of view for March 3 and throughout the year, in collaboration and partnership with other advocacy organizations.  

Social Engagement– 501 (c) (3) compliant application to be filed The Comstockery Conversation ^TM will  exploring various methods to engage public dialogue.

Policy — 501 (c) (4) compliant application to be filed  The Comstockery Campaign ^TM will promote non-partisan governmental lobbying on behalf of sexual knowledge, free speech and human sexual rights.                                                                                                                                

Global Outreach an exploratory inquiry on creating an alliance of international human sexual rights organizations to be updated on each member organization’s news and to aggregate the importance of sexual free speech and sexual human rights to the media and individual governments
